What to include

Make your ticket easy to review

  • Your Discord name and the in-game name involved.
  • A short description of what happened.
  • Any useful timestamps, screenshots, or clip context.
  • Only one issue per ticket if possible, so it stays easy to follow.

  • Read the FAQ for common fixes and setup help.
  • Check the server rules if your question is policy-related.
  • Use the jobs or keybind pages if your issue is just finding information.
